All payments for our products and services are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing our products, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the program will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the program has started.

5. Changes to Services

Sora Schools reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. If a significant change affects your purchase, we will notify you and provide options, including a full refund if applicable.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.
• Ensure that any minors participating in our programs comply with our guidelines and code of conduct.

7. Student Removal

Sora Schools reserves the right to remove any student from a program at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of our guidelines and code of conduct or any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the learning environment. If a student is removed, a refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sora Schools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia, USA.
