## Our Advisors and Board Members

We are fortunate to have the guidance of renowned advisors and board members who bring deep expertise in education, innovation, and leadership.

### Ted Dintersmith

Ted has a knack for spotting the future. In his first career, he was ranked the top venture capitalist of the late '90s. Now, he's spent over a decade documenting transformative teaching, co-founded an education nonprofit with Sir Ken Robinson, and produced the acclaimed documentary Most Likely to Succeed. Appointed by President Obama to the UN General Assembly, he continues to champion creative, future-focused education reform.

### James Lane

A seasoned education leader and policymaker, formerly serving as Delegated Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education and State Superintendent of Virginia’s public schools. With a deep commitment to equity and innovation, he has led transformative initiatives to improve student outcomes, expand access to technology, and support educators at both state and national levels, shaping policy to improve student outcomes.

### Rebecca Kaden

A leading investor and education advocate, serving on a dozen boards, including Outschool and KIPP NYC. As a general partner at Union Square Ventures, she has backed transformative companies that expand access to learning and opportunity. Passionate about the future of education, she supports innovative models that rethink how students learn and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

## Most Likely To Succeed
