Many people start to lose their inner child at a certain age. They no longer need help with many things. They continue to grow and gain responsibility, such as a job or taxes. They start to lose that spark (the spark that is so fragile and true), but in many ways, this can be good and bad. They could gain a lifetime partner or even buy a house, but having your inner child is such a gift. You may wonder if it is important if it does not give me anything physically. But in reality, it does because when you reconnect with your inner child, you gain more creativity. Also, reconnecting with your inner child is like riding a wild horse. The possibilities are endless.

If you have reconnected with your inner child, you can show it in beautiful ways, such as fresh creativity, problem-solving, curiosity, and discovery. Items like this watch above are great daily reminders to take time to decompress in your day; playing and being observant can help rekindle your inner child.

What I mean by this is everyone is original in their own way, meaning everyone can be funny, artistic, creative, and talented in many different ways. Many people could be Disney adults, meaning they want to rekindle that feeling a kid gets when they wake up on Christmas morning full of excitement and anticipation or they just want to have the feeling of pure joy, or they just want to relive their childhood because having the feeling of pure bliss and joy is a feeling like no other.

The feeling of excitement you get when you don't know what is going to happen next in a movie and the innocence of entering into a whole other world is remarkable. Think about all the different types of characters and how you can be fully submerged in a Disney movie for 1 to 2 hours soaking up all of the creativity, beauty, and message Disney is trying to get across. Each of these movies provides an opportunity for our minds to wander in creativity and explore a new world.

In Mufasa, the orange-colored fur mixed in with details on the nose and paws and the intricate details of the desert-like background make everything look so real yet not scary. Disney can get the colors so perfect on the animals and convey emotion and lessons through every movie they make. The beauty you find in every Disney movie is uncharted.

Being able to be submerged in a world where you're swimming under the sea or following a lion on his journeys in Africa or flying around on Aladdin's carpet is enchanting. Some people bring their inner child with them into their adult life, letting your inner child balance with responsibility. Being able to have your inner child with an adult mind can really help you work-wise with creativity and innovation. For example, Disney has a job for people who have brought their inner child into the workforce; they are called imagineers. They have a very important job because when it comes to Disney, they make it feel like a whole new world every time you visit.

The imagineers come up with ride ideas, characters, and much more. I find it incredible how Disney has a whole community just for creativity. These opportunities reconnect us to our childhood.

Ways to rekindle your inner child include playing with kids; it's kind of ironic. Drawing is a great way to feed your creativity because drawing can help your mind wander and think of new things.

Anything that has to do with unplugging your screens can really help your creativity blossom. When on screens for around half of the day, it can shorten your attention span exponentially. Just doing what makes you, you—like going for a walk in nature or reading a book and making the characters come to life in your mind—is a great way to expand your brain's ability to think in innovative ways.

When we resort to screens, it is often because we are bored, but when you think about it, boredom is the foundation of creativity. Creativity happens when the mind gets to wander. When you let your mind wander, that lets creativity take over.

Many people have rekindled their connection with their inner child, and they show that in different ways, such as having a lot of hope. Hope is really important when you rekindle with your inner child because hope is the foundation of many different things. Hope can give you courage, excitement, and, most of all, joy; all of these feelings are the main reasons why some people are consistently happy.

Because of our economy and how rapidly things are happening, not many people think to step back and breathe. When something massive is happening in your life, good or bad, it can be stressful. But when you're a kid, that stuff seems minor compared to getting a new toy.

So, what I am trying to relay in my writing piece is that even though things can be tough and you may or may not know what to do, take a breather. Go for a walk in nature, clear your head so that when you approach the problem, your mind is at rest.
