With extensive experience as a middle and high school educator, I have transitioned into my role as a psychotherapist and parent educator with a strong foundation. My passion lies in supporting teenagers and their parents as they navigate challenges, enhance well-being, and strengthen their connections.

Adolescents and young adults benefit from support in identifying their strengths and needs. Our work together may include developing relational and communication skills, improving executive functions, implementing strategies for stress reduction, and more.
